The red BACs represent the tiling path (based on the MPI-MP-Map contigs).
The blue BACs are clones chosen to be sequenced by SPP or TIGR.
The green clones were sequenced by SPP consortium or TIGR.
On the left of the contig map are the WUStL/CSHL fpc numbered contigs.
The solid vertical black line represents the UPenn/MPI-MP-Map contigs.
Genetic markers hybridized to the BACs are represented on the right of the figure
including numerous SSLP markers.
The centimorgan position of the markers is based on the NASC RI map.
