AtORFeomeThe Plant Interactome project is a collaboration with Joe Ecker at the Salk Institute and Marc Vidal at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Center for Cancer System Biology. The project aims to build a plant protein-protein interaction network by testing a matrix of 12,000 x 12,000 Arabidopsis ORFs using both yeast-2-hybrid and protein array technologies. The screen will be divided into two parts: a space I screen will assay 9000 x 9000 genes and a space II screen will be performed to incorporate the remaining 3000 genes. Protein-protein interact ion data from space I will be available soon. Additional protein-protein interaction data collected from literature curation is available from the following sources:
