BLAST search against Arabidopsis sequences
1. AtCS BLAST Database. This blast server allows you to perform a blastn or tblastn search against All Arabidopsis thaliana complete sequences (AtCS) submitted to GeneBank, which includes BAC complete sequence, BAC ends, ESTs, cDNA and others. This database is updated twice a week. It automatically downloads data from TAIR every Wednesday and Friday, and then formatdb it. 2. AtGS BLAST Database. We gathered an entire Arabidopsis thaliana genomic sequences (AtGS) to set up a complete genomic sequence blast database. To increase the speed of searches, we have broken the five chromosome sequences into smaller pieces. Thus, your hit result should be adjusted. The true hit point in each chromosome should be start point given for each hit PLUS the addition of the number of bases for the sbjct sequence. This server uses NCBI blastall 2.0.11 program. |
